Do you offer deals for first time home buyers?
Unfortunately we do not offer first time home buyer programs.
How do I know if I qualify?
The best way to know if you can qualify for a loan is to do an application! The lender will have to pull your credit.
What do I need to qualify for a loan?
The manufactured home loan process works much like any conventional mortgage. The lender will take a look at your credit score, your employment history, and residential history. If you are self-employed the lender will need 2 years of tax returns.
What does my credit score have to be to finance?
Our lender, 21st Mortgage, finances all credit scores!

Homes for Sale
Do you have used homes?
We often do carry used homes at our lot! These homes come with a 60 day warranty and are often at discounted prices.
What brands do you carry?
Korte Homes primarily carries Clayton products. Manufacturer’s under the Clayton brand include TRU Homes, Southern Energy, Clayton Bonham, Waco 1, Waco 2, and more. We also carry Fleetwood homes.
What if you don’t have the home that I am looking for?
We can get most houses in the market today! If you find a home that fits your needs and are wondering where to buy it, give us a call to see how we can help.
How to Buy
Do I have to pay cash for your homes?
No! We also offer financing through our 3td party lender, 21st Mortgage at 21stmortgage.com.
How does the buying process work?
The first step is to determine how you would like to buy the home; whether that is financing or paying cash. If you are financing, we will help you complete a loan application with our lender, 21st Mortgage, at 21stmortgage.com. The second step is find a home you love! After that, we will determine where you would like the home of your dreams to be placed. Lastly, we sign the appropriate paper, collect any documents needed to complete the sale, and get started on getting you into your new home!

Placement of Home
Can I buy a home and place it on my property?
Yes! We can ship homes directly to your land and even help with the logistics of completing construction. PLUS, all of our home prices include delivery and set-up within 60 miles of our store!
Can you deliver a home to a space in a community that I am currently renting?
Yes! Delivery is also included in our pricing for any community within 60 miles of our store.
Do I need land to purchase a manufactured home from you?
No! Ask us today about our land home packages and our homes in communities in the Central Texas area.
Do you have lots in any communities around Austin, TX?

Do you offer land / home packages?
