Yes! We can ship homes directly to your land and even help with the logistics of completing construction. PLUS, all of our home prices included delivery and set-up within 60 miles of our store!

How do I know if I qualify?
The best way to know if you can qualify for a loan is to do an application! The lender will have to pull your credit.
What do I need to qualify for a loan?
The manufactured home loan process works much like any conventional mortgage. The lender will take look at your credit score, your employment history, and residential history. If you are self-employed the lender will need 2 years of tax returns.
